Exhibition Design — Furniture Fair Milan 2010

Furniture Fair Milan 2010 exhibition design for Wogg with four hanging fabric cylinders and round display platforms underneath, exhibited furniture from the Amor, Rica and Roya collection

In the best possible light

Four large round platforms serve as the exhibition space for the furniture, while four cylinders hanging overhead provide a visual accompaniment. They cast the furniture in the best possible light. The surface of the platforms is completely white. The cylinders, by contrast, consist of a dark, solid shell with a gently falling, red slip peeking out from underneath. The cylinders also conceal the lighting. The platforms, furniture and cylinders form a unit, floating in the exhibition space like islands ripe for circumnavigation.
